The Returns & Refunds Window

Standard items are eligible for a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To maintain the integrity of our apparel, all returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We perform a thorough inspection of all incoming packages to ensure these standards are met before a credit is issued.

Exclusions and Custom Orders

Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our work, custom orders are non-returnable and are excluded from the standard Returns & Refunds policy unless the item arrives defective or damaged. If you receive a defective piece, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and will move quickly to make it right by offering a replacement or a corrected item.

Shipping and Processing

Unless a return is necessitated by an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved Returns & Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, with the credit applied to your original method of payment.
